I am writing to you to express Cerca Magnetics Limited’s ongoing support of yourself and Advanced Textile Solutions. Since our collaborations began in late 2023, we have been extremely pleased with the quality of your goods and the level of service provided. In addition, we have greatly appreciated your willingness and ability to engage in our R&D prototyping activities beyond the delivery of standard products. Your precision-fitted helmet inserts have significantly enhanced the user experience of our customers; participants’ comfort levels have markedly improved, and the custom contouring solution has added both aesthetic and practical value to our helmets.

Although our product has a number of technological USPs, it is the end-user experience — comfort, in this case — that often plays a decisive role in customer satisfaction and future sales.

The products you supply therefore contribute directly to Cerca’s long-term success.

Due to the outstanding quality of your work and the strength of our working relationship, Cerca are delighted to see Advanced Textile Solutions growing and we remain committed to a longstanding business collaboration. To date, you have delivered approximately 150 standard inserts, along with a number of bespoke or prototype components. Looking ahead, we anticipate a requirement of at least 50 additional units over the next 12 months, along with further prototype projects as we continue to develop our helmet technology and expand our wider portfolio. These activities will likely involve consultancy input as well as custom textile solutions.

While no formal exclusivity agreement currently exists between Cerca and Advanced Textile Solutions, I would like to confirm that we have no intention of seeking alternative suppliers for our textile needs. We remain wholly satisfied with the service you have provided and look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future.
